Process significance evidence of the means of social communication in Canon Law

Summary/Abstract: The means of social communications play an important role nowadays, in Catholic Church too. Their meaning was noticed during the Second Vatican Council. Evidence used in canonical procedure have a huge meaning and should be selected with due caution. However, for the recognition of objective truth, attention should be paid to evidence derived from the achievements of modern technology. The 1983 Code of Canon Law does not exclude evidence of the means of social communications.
