Summary/Abstract: This paper analyses German and Serbian somatisms expressing the notion of ANGER. It aims at determining and describing contrastive similarities and differences, with German being the source language, Serbian the target one. The corpus researched is the subject of conceptual analysis as well, with a view to postulating conceptual metaphors within the semantic field of ANGER. The corpus is excerpted from appropriate monolingual and bilingual dictionaries.
