Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to identify and analyze the contribution of Annex 8 of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the work of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments in affirmation of the role of cultural heritage in preserving collective identities and their linking to the identity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a plural society.
