Summary/Abstract: This paper is a brief presentation of the process of localization and computer assisted translation (CAT) adapted to the private companies world, more precisely to Decathlon. The first chapter focuses on the type of text we are dealing with, namely a training course regarding cycling equipment, and on a short description of the environment it has to be adapted to. In the second part of the paper, we tried to explain some basic notions concerning computer assisted translation and CAT tools, as well as the technical part of the entire process of translation, which involves the localization of the target text into an online application. Finally, we presented some of the translation difficulties encountered and the solutions we found after a thorough research, and we drew some conclusions on the subject matter.
