Summary/Abstract: The article discloses the essence of the conception of innovative systems, determines, and substantiates their peculiarities under conditions of implementing results of the fourth industrial revolution and digitalization (digital transformation) of a society. The author has indicated issues related to development of the national innovative system of Ukraine and developed propositions regarding actualizing a process of forming its components, taking into account challenges stipulated by frameworks of the new technoeconomic paradigm.
