Summary/Abstract: “The Little Lity for the Dead”, as we know it today, seems to be a “structure” ofSabait origin (Palestinian), its order being recorded, not by chance, in the GreatTypikon of Saint Sabbas. Unfortunately, the specialists did not deal with this topicenough, perhaps because of the lack of clear clues, which is why the present studyproposes to analyze some of the peculiarities of this ordinance.
