Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine whether, how, why and how physical exercise affects the motor skills of students in classrooms. The sample (40) students applied for the five tests assessment coordination, explosive strength, repetitive strength arm and shoulder area, repetitive forces troops and flexibility. t-test determined the existence of significant differences between the results of students who, along with regular physical education classes, involved in extracurricular activities and outcomes Specifically students who are not involved in such activities.
