Summary/Abstract: Our little essay brings to the present an aspect of the fickle artistic activity of the German Renaissance Maestro. Through Dürer’s Revelation, German spirituality, whose brilliant representative had a renaissance erudition, imposed itself on universal fine arts. This time through the twisted lines of the wood engraving technique, the painter and engraver performs a symbiosis of inner experiences of the Gothic man, the Germanic one and the anguish of the Semitic-Oriental biblical logos.
