Summary/Abstract: The revolutionary activity of Capt. PetkoVoivoda began in 1861, when in May he collected a small detachment in the slopes of the Rhodope mountain near its native village of Dogan hisar (now Esimi, Greece). It is a striking example of the national liberation movement of the Bulgarian people from the second half of the 19th century, whose revolutionary activity has evolved and passed through all stages of the revolutionary struggle. His revolutionary activity can be provisionally divided into four periods: the first one covers the time of 1861-1864 years; The second, from 1864-1869; Third, since 1869-1878; And the fourth, from 1878-1879. This paper concerns documents connected with his revolutionary activity in period 1869-1878.
