Summary/Abstract: Donating and organ transplantation is a procedure ethically acceptable. However, it relates to serious ethical and moral dilemmas. The acceptability of organ transplantation necessary to live is possible if the death of the do- nor is confirmed. The readiness to donate organs in case of death is the act of true solidarity and authentic charity. The organ trade is unacceptable. As, there is a lack of sufficient number of organs, medical criteria should be taken into account while deciding on the order. Donating some organs is prohibited by ethics laws. It relates to the transplantation of brain and geni- tals because they create personal and procreational identity.
