Summary/Abstract: This article is an analysis of the actual situation around the status of Moldovan permanent neutrality. Actual policies promoted by the different state and civil institutions do not have a necessary complex approach to this issue. But different geopolitical, international and internal risks which the Republic of Moldova faces of last 25 years impose this topic as one of the most important priorities for the national security sphere, foreign and internal policy. Respectively, the realization of the analysis of the subject of the some law and political aspects upon this issue within the article will be achieved through these key dimensions.
