Summary/Abstract: The subject-matter of the scientific research is some aspects of the prohibition of discrimination in the exercise of the managerial and regulatory powers of the employer. In this respect the displays of discriminatory acts of the employer are under consideration as well as the legal effects of the inclusion of any discriminatory provision in an internal act of the employer and the legal protection against employer’s orders which constitute discriminatory act and against discriminatory provisions in the internal acts of the employer.
