Summary/Abstract: Growing competition in the market forces service companies to take effective action to pay consumers’ attention to their products. It is important to keep the right value, attractive during creating an offer for customer. Knowledge about consumer behavior can significantly influence the offer of cinema assortment. The aim of this article is to identify consumers’ behavior in the cinema market in Poland and to indicate how they can be used to create a service offering. The article uses own results of field research conducted on a sample of 2048 cinema viewers in Poland.
