Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the changes in the way of supplying products on the Polish e-commerce market. Using literature review and commercial survey made by Gemius, the author presents logistic innovation introduced by retailers and also shows the impact of that innovation to customers behavior. The solution presented in the article could be useful also for others managers, as it might be useful for developing of competitive position. That article could be also useful for researchers as the first step for future research.
