Summary/Abstract: Revitalization is a process that requires accurate diagnosis of the needs of its customers in its planning phase as well as effective strategic management and coordination of its progress and monitoring of progress which should be supported by appropriate knowledge management techniques. In recent years, there has been a need for a new approach to the implementation of a variety of projects, including those undertaken in the public sector. It is the result of, among other things, changes occurring in the sphere of the surroundings of the entities. The aim of the article is to identify the scope of knowledge management in revitalization projects. The hypothesis has been formulated: In practice, revitalization projects use knowledge management elements, but they are not systemic. The presented material was collected by means of qualitative method and applied technique was secondary analysis of object literature, case study and analysis of contents of internal documents in selected projects of revitalization.
