Architectural plan for the “HARRY FULTZ’’ Area

Summary/Abstract: This policy paper is part of a scientific project, applied by Dr. Otjela Lubonja, whose aim is to propose a new project for an area in Tirana. This research deals with different theoretical and practical aspects of this area and through a detailed analysis we can propose creative ways how to improve its quality. This study aims to analyze, interpret and discover if there are any real chances for an effective change and if yes who are the possible mechanisms what would make this change possible. In the study are further clarified the reasons why this area has not been revived and thanks to previews works, different urban plans created for this area we could offer creative solutions for the improvement of its conditions. The project is just a part of a bigger research project that plans to be further expanded in other areas and by making concrete proposals interested stakeholders, while the university opens the discussion for further studies in the field of Architecture and Urban development
