Summary/Abstract: „Bulgariad" is a name given to the epic work of literature „Sacred legends" of Venko Markovski by Acad. P.Zarev, who compares this literary work with Homer's „Iliad", the „Luisiad' of Kamoence, the „Franciad" of Ronsar, the „Anriad of Voltaire and the „Rosiad" of Heraskov.
