Summary/Abstract: Career is an important aspect for both the employee and the employer. The employee who is aware of the development of his or her career seeks to achieve the set objectives for his or her own benefit as well as for the organization. The aim of this paper is to present the topic related to the development and management of a professional career in the company, and its interaction with the employee and the company.
