Summary/Abstract: The author`s attention focuses on the basic principles of activity rational organization in praxeology of T. Kotarbinsky. In particular, article examines the ways of increasing the technical qualities of positive actions, among which the main ones are efficiency, reliability, accuracy and efficiency.
