Summary/Abstract: The liberal parties in Bulgaria in the period 1924-1931 were undergoing a very complicated period in term of their political development, due to the national catastrophe after the First World War. Engaged in endless interparty oppositions they were unable to formulate opinions on most of the topical problems of the Bulgarian social and political life.
