Summary/Abstract: The necessity of information security ensuring of the e-commerce business has been grounded. The role of information resources in e-commerce business ensuring has been defined. An approach to determine the information value in the aggregate of enterprise information resources has been proposed. The information model of the e-commerce participants’ interaction has been presented. The approaches to the information security ensuring of e-commerce business have been improved.
