Summary/Abstract: In this article the reflection of features of the Ukrainian national mentality in the Ukrainian advertising are investigated, historic-cultural and geopolitical conditions of formation of the Ukrainian national character are overviewed and the role of advertisement as the structural component of culture and the instrument of spiritual regeneration of nation are determined.
