CREATING A TEAM- IT’S HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Summary/Abstract: At the occasion of marking 25 years of the Islamic Pedagogical faculty in Zenica, we spoke to prof dr Edina Vejo, full professor at the faculty, about various aspects of the place of higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, about the Islamic Pedagogical faculty in Zenica itself, about the department of Social pedagogy where she is the head of the department. She also gave a critical insight into the practice of high education and she shared with us her view of possible ideal form of practice within this field.
