MANAGERIAL MOTIVATION FACTORS, THE EFFECTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES: AN APPLICATION FOR THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS THAT OPERATES IN GÖKÇEADA

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between managerial motivation factors and employee performance. Economic motivation practices can affect employees' motivations at a significant level. What is the contribution of the motivation to the performance of the individuals working in the enterprises, how the motivation levels of the employees can be affected, the level of the relationship between motivation and performance is foregrounded; both for the industry and for the future of the business. Therefore, in this study; In order to determine the effects of the managerial motivation tools on the performance of the employees, field application was made and the results obtained from the applied questionnaires were examined in detail by statistical analyzes. The universe of the work was formed by 35 enterprises operating in Gökçeada. A total of 140 people working in 35 establishments and 120 people were surveyed. In the study, "Employee Performance Scale" and "Managerial Motivation Scale" were used. As a result of the analysis of the data, it has been determined that the relationship between the types of tasks the employees carry out, the flexible working hours and the lack of labor turnover.
