Summary/Abstract: The article is focused on the ways of implementation of corporate moral responsibility principles to moral practice as praxeological traces. Potential of moral principles for well-ordered and transitive societies is revealed. The author argues that transitive societies have to promote and implement ideas of corporate social responsibility.
