Summary/Abstract: Poverty, in all its forms, is a violation of human rights, makes people who have no income and means to feel excluded from public and social life. Poverty affects living standards, dignity and well-being in people. Poor, excluded and other vulnerable groups of citizens, especially children and women, are the most common victims of violence of different types.
