Summary/Abstract: This text has a task to give an overview and vision of the gender equality policy of the Republic of Macedonia, with a special emphasis on the second / current National Action Plan for Gender Equality 2007-2012. But before we move on to his analysis, we will briefly show the current development of the situation in this field, which will allow for a clearer understanding of the situation and to understand the expressed concerns regarding this issue.
