Summary/Abstract: The fundamental goal of the article is to discuss the philosophical assumptions of understanding the values, which professor Jerzy Hausner uses in his concept of The Company–Idea. In the presented paper Author shows that this understanding is not only connected to the phenomenological axiology, but also to the philosophy of life. Correlated with the idea of the social development it is able to partially agreeing with the arrangements of the philosophy of dialogue.
