Summary/Abstract: Isolation and studing characteristics of soil phosphate-solubilizing bacteria strains were released. In order to increase phosphate-solubilizing activity the mutagenesis of initial strain Cellulomonas sp.3 was released by means of UV-irradiation. The effect of these variants on the barley growth promotion was investigated in the microcosms.
