Summary/Abstract: The history of PRL (Polish People's Republic) safety authorities is a very interesting issue for now-a-days (contemporary) researchers. This text refers to unknown section that is the SB (security service) and MO (citizens militia) officers health. The analysis concerns period between 1979 and 1980 years and it is a beginning of high spectrum MSW (Ministry of the Interior) healthcare studies.
