Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the performance of the prosecution as the subject of crime, in particular organs and penal institutions in Ukraine. In addition, the studied regulations governing the work of the prosecution in this area of public relations, and problems of their implementation in practice. Based on these data substantially subject study scientifically substantiated ways to improve preventive activities the prosecution in this direction.
