Application of the interactive methods of teaching the pupils in the process of studying biology and chemistry in general education institutions of Ukraine.

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the didactic principles of using interactive methods of teaching pupils in the process of studying biology and chemistry. The main characteristics of interactive learning in general education institutions of Ukraine are examined on the basis of theoretical and empirical studies. The conditions that provide the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods are formulated. The peculiarities of using the interactive teaching methods while studying the school subjects of natural cycle are considered. Main attention is drawn to the interactive methods of projects and studying of disputable issues. The use of interactive whiteboard of Smart Board during the lessons of biology and chemistry is accented.
