Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of law is to provide the stability in a community. Like a single community international community also need stability. Because, starting with the creation of humanity, violence has a key role in all community. In the context of international affairs, states have conflicts between each other, so as some kind of violence. In international law, United Nations Charter prohibits the use of force and intervention and there are only a few exceptions. But after 1945, till our time there has been many different situations which cause some states to load new comments on the meaning of “use of force and intervention”. However, this evolution in international law does not mean the rules don’t have applicability in the international and also some kind of internal matters. In spite of many breaches to the Charter Law, states trying comply with the international law. In this article I will search the evolution of the principles: “non-use of force” and “non-intervention”.
