Summary/Abstract: The basic problems, connected with research of a phenomenon of culture of the Armenian diaspora in Ukraine are analyzed in article. It is shown, that as a result of natural changes of the Armenian emigrants on the Ukrainian lands, there was created the new ethno-cultural organism which elements consist the Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Armenians. Process of formation of the Armenian diaspora’s culture in Ukraine is ethno-cultural divergence: it was a result of the synthesis of some elements of the indigenous cultures with the culture of Armenians emigrants.
