Summary/Abstract: Because of the long tradititions of Germany's membership in the EU the Federal Republic of Germany was not forced to adapt its administration law system to the acquis communautaire of EU like for example the Czech Republic or other states joining the EU later. Because Germany is a founding member oft he EU, Germany and its national administrative law influenced very strongly the European administrative law system. Sometimes it is even said to be a domination of German law over the European administrative law. And because of the long federal traditions of Germany the German administration and the German courts are today get used to work with a multilevel system of rights like as it exist between the EU and the member states. The existence of the new level of EU nearly totally agreed with the German system of administration law.
