Summary/Abstract: A larger investigation of the role and aims of preschool institutions in pro-natality demonstrate that the satisfaction of the diverse needs of parents for different forms of work are relatively modest. Of course, this influences the motivation of young couples to have children. Because one of conditions for successiful pro-natality policy is satisfaction of diverse needs of preschool children and their parents, some of the ways for doing this discused and proposed.
