Summary/Abstract: The publication focuses on three important aspects of the organization and realization of pedagogical interactions in elementary school: individualization, formation and development of holistic skills and psychoprophylaxis of child development in the initial stage of training. The individualisation of pedagogical interactions in elementary school is seen as a process in which both the teacher and the student have high expectations. Holistic skills are related to the overall realization of the personality in the course of its development. Psychoprophylaxis is related to general prevention for the protection of children's mental health.
