DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SETTLEMENTS IN VOJVODINA IN THE ZONE GRAVITATING TO BELGRADE

Summary/Abstract: In the municipality of Stara Pazova, the greatest influence of Belgrade in the settlements Nova Pazova, Novi Banovci, Stari Banovci and Stara Pazova. Impact of capital to the municipality of Inđija is weak due to the proximity of Novi Sad. Pančevo is the gravitational center for itself, developed for industry. If the air pollution was lower, Pančevo municipelity would certainly be interesting for immigration. Municipalities Opovo and Pećinci despite the proximity of Belgrade have a bad demographic picture.
