Limits of Action of the Exclusive Right

Summary/Abstract: This article clarifies the legal nature and content of the exclusive right; the reasons for the emergence and lapse of right. Discussed are ways of exercising the right: in person, bycontract and by the heirs. Questions are placed on the absolute nature of the exclusive right provided by the law cases of exceptions in its use. Under discussion are the means of protection of the exclusive right in Bulgarian legislation and provisional procedures.
