Conducting an Investigation Experiment in the Inquiry of Motor Transport Offenses

Summary/Abstract: In the process of inquiry of motor transprot offenses the investigation experiment is most often carried out in order to determine the possibility of percepting specific facts and circumstances in the presence of specific conditions by the accused, the injured person or by witnesses. The investigation experiment can be used to determine whether it had been possible for the injured person to percept the sound signal or the light signal of the vehicle from a certain place and under certain conditions; moreover it can be used to determine whether there had been a possibility for the driver to stop the vehicle; the current technical status of the vehicle and the creation of traces can be determined as well.
