The school maturity includes: physical maturity, mental maturity, emotional and social maturity to learn reading and writing, maturity to learn mathematics and the proper pronunciation. Against this background, the proper development of speech is closely related to each determinant of school maturity. One of the features of the language school maturity is the correct pronunciation of all sounds. The child’s pronunciation must be understandable and clear. If your child shows high readiness you can be assumed that he or she will perfectly cope with the school requirements: gaining knowledge and the contacts with peers or teachers.
