Summary/Abstract: The study aims to analyze the main results on risk behavior related to smoking among Bulgarian school-children at age of 11, 13 and 15. The data that are used for the analysis come from the study “Health Behaviors of School Children – HBSC”, 2014. The results from the descriptive statistics show that with an increase of the age, the risk of smoking increases as well. The Bulgarian school-girls tend to smoke regularly more than the school-boys. Family, school, peer group, age and gender effects on smоking behavior has been tested using regression analysis. The results from the logistic regresion reveal that risk bihaviors are interrelated. Factors that have the strongest impact on the probability of regular smoking are related to the influence of the peers and friends as well as to the students’ satisfaction with their parents (family satisfaction variable).
