Summary/Abstract: The article represents the adaptation of the Inventory of the Dimensions of Emerging Adulthood (IDEA, Reifman et al., 2003) for Bulgarian conditions with a sample of 202 respondents, aged 17 to 30 years. Test-retest is conducted with 46 respondents. High reliability of the questionnaire has been found, which was confirmed by test-retest procedure. Exploratory factor analysis showed a nine-factor solution, the result is most likely due to cultural specificity. Statistical analyzes and procedures indicate that the instrument is reliable and valid for Bulgarian conditions.
