International Law in Crisis?

Summary/Abstract: The author presents different expressions of signals of the international law being in crisis which accelerated when Donald Trump was elected the President of the United States. The article mentions the inflation in the international legal regulations and, on the other hand, appearance of some negative signs such as withdrawing signatures, withdrawals from the ICC Statute or announcements of denouncing important agreements like the Paris agreement on climate change made by the USA. These are just selected examples which do not exhaust the topic.
