Summary/Abstract: The aim of the publication is to develop a generalized system of indicators that identify the particular style and culture management of modern manufacturing enterprise. Indicators take into account modern requirements for formulation and implementation of organizational-economic mechanism of growth of productive activity.Problem statement of the research carried out in the form of index – quality cultural identity management.Provided six managerial competencies worker: professional competence, strategic thinking, entrepreneurial skills – the ability to choose the right tactics to achieve goals, organizational skills, high moral character, hard work.
