Summary/Abstract: The library is in the service of its users and the users’ needs are the motor which determine all of its activities. Library users satisfaction it’s the main motivation and objective of a library’s activity.Our study aimed to measure the Economics and Business Administration Library users satisfaction,a branch of the „Lucian Blaga” Central University Library in Cluj-Napoca. Through the sociological method of the survey we gathered, analyzed, synthesized and quantified the opinion and the feedback of our users regarding the activity of our library and the quality of our services. The results were encouraging and we were happy to find out about the positive feedback and the high level of satisfaction our users have. Nevertheless, we had our share of critics: observations, proposals,suggestions were made by the survey participants. All these helped us to improve, develop and grow as library.
