Summary/Abstract: The Internet has become a common, inexpensive, populated by hundreds of millions of usersarea of multitheaded form of contacts called "global village", which can not be compared to any other phenomena in the real world. Numerous studies indicate that the envirionment is the most affected children and young people who use digital technology- especially multimedia computer connected to the Internet- for communication, entertainment and science. Media experts suggest that the role of the Internet in the information society should be seen not only in terms of thiermultiple capabilities and great opportunities, but also in terms of their multiple capabilities and great opportunities, but also in terms, of the numerous threats, particularly, cudcation and social. For this reason, it id important to the formation of choldren and young people the ability to assess the conse-quences of the meddages published on the web, as well as good habits of rational use of media messages received. In this situation it is necessary to take mass media education, which sholud cover the whole of society, for which media have become the natural environment.
