Summary/Abstract: The concepts of succession and rue in harmful insurances are complementary parts. The right of rue in harmful insurances of the insurance company is the result of the succession principle applicable to the harmful insurances. According to the contract between the insurer and the insured, the insurer pays compensation to the insured person according to the amount of the loss. As a result of the principle of the successorship the insurer has rights against the third person as if it were the successor of the rights that the insured had as well as the right to the compensation paid as compensation for the loss. In other words, the insurer can personally open the case where the insured has been the subject of loss; but the insurer can only claim third parties who have harmed the insured to the extent that they have paid the insurance against them, and obtain the right to reclaim the loss from them.
