Summary/Abstract: The Russian judicial system tends to apply the most severe possible punishment to any misdemeanor. At the same time by far not all crimes are uncovered and punished. Is it in line with declared in Russia purpuse of punishment, including reinstallment of social justice, correction or prevention of further crime?
