Summary/Abstract: The problems of knowledge management at the effective controlling of continuousprocesses in the enterprise were described in this paper. The area of the knowledgeassumed by managers as a really known but in reality erroneous is critical in this case.Automatization and informatization of the processes help to minimize such area but cancreate additional threats.
